Change Practitioner Certification Overview

Change Fundamentals provides the knowledge and practice required to start you on your career journey of mastery in change practice.  
Anyone who needs to think or do in different ways because of change, needs well thought through targeted support. The role of change management is to consider and design the many and varied strategies and tactics that will achieve movement to the future state in support of each person that needs to reach it.

Switch Habitude begins with understanding where your organisations change is aiming and then designing all the overt and covert inputs required to achieve the change by considering:
  • Required mind-set shifts
  • The immovable cultural characteristics
  • Capability development (across all ways of working)
  • The different roles required in change to mobilise
  • ​Change engagement strategies (for impacted people and stakeholders)

This topic gives participants knowledge of how to apply intelligent discovery techniques to understand:
  • What the drivers of the change are?
  • How they manifest as an organisational strategy?
  • How to develop them into a program of change interventions and events that shift mindsets and align work activity?
